We believe strongly in the value of FreshlyDried and take full responsibility for your satisfaction.

If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund* for 1 bag of each flavor. No questions asked!

Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

And with our “Empty-Bag Policy” you can return 1 bag of each flavor - even if they are completely empty!**

Simply follow these easy steps:
1. Contact us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open bags you’ll be returning (1 bag of each flavor is allowed).
2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
3. Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
4. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?
You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavor + shipping and handling + sales tax. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

***This refund policy applies to orders placed on Freshlydried.com only and it is subject to change without notice.

MULTIPLE REFUNDS & MULTIPLE ITEMS REFUND POLICY
To prevent fraud & protect Freshlydried from customers abusing the return policy, Freshlydried limits all return to up to 2 unique items per customer. Any refunds that are requested outside of two items will be given the option to exchange for another Freshlydried product. 

To prevent fraud and protect Freshlydried from customers abusing the return policy, Freshlydried has the right to refuse a return/refund if the customer has taken advantage of the policy previously. For example, if a customer has returned one product, then decides to initiate another return afterward to attempt to get their money back despite using the product, Freshlydried has the right to refuse any additional returns or refunds after the first refund. This policy applies to any/all returns for the same order or with new orders. It is at Freshlydried's sole discretion to refuse additional refunds/returns after one has already been granted.

After an order has been placed, a customer may email us on the contact us link to adjust chosen flavors or products. If Freshlydried is able to accommodate any switches of flavors or products prior to shipment, the right to refund or return any adjusted items is waived due to the customer requesting specifically to adjust the original order. 

A product must be returned in order for a refund to take place, even if it has been used in its entirety.

INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY (OUTSIDE OF THE USA)
“International” is defined as any and all countries outside of the United States of America.
All international sales are final and are under no circumstance eligible for a refund.
Partial refunds will be determinant on an individual basis.
